Order Confirmation: Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information.
Shipping: We ship all our national orders via FedEx Ground at a flat rate of $10.00. We ship all our interenational orders via FedEx at a flat rate of $25.00. Please allow up to a week for items to ship, as all of our pieces are handmade to order. We will do our best to ship as soon as possible, however occasionally orders may take up to one week. Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost. If you would like your order expedited, please email us at info@ijadesigns.com as soon as you place your order.
Taxes: Ija Designs is based in beautiful Bend, Oregon and therefore is subject to no sales tax. What a treat!
Customers outside the United States: International orders are gladly accepted. For an estimate of international shipping charges, please contact info@ijadesigns.com. Please note that all international customers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.
Custom Orders: All of our pieces are handmade in our studio and therefore some pieces may be customizable. If you would like to custom order a piece please contact us at info@ijadesigns.com to discuss the changes requested. Please note that some custom designed pieces may not be returnable, if this is the case we will let you know before we process your order.
Product Care: All of our pieces are handmade and are therefore delicate. To ensure your jewelry retains its beauty through the years, please be sure to care for it properly. We recommend you store your jewelry in an airtight container when possible and avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and excess moisture. Sterling silver does tend to tarnish over time and can easily be cleaned with a polishing cloth. All of our stones are natural gemstones and may not react well to cleaners, so please be cautious when using cleaning solutions on pieces with stones.
