What materials do you use?
 All of our pieces are made in 14k gold fill, fine silver or sterling silver with natural gemstones. 

Can I order a replacement earring?
Absolutely.  As all of our pieces contain natural gemstones there might be a slight variation in stone color, but we will do our best to match them as perfectly as possible.

What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that all of our pieces are hand made to order, we are only able to accept returns on pieces that have been found to be defective.  If an item has been determined defective within 10 days of receipt, we will be happy to repair or replace it at no cost.  All return packages are to be prepaid, labeled with a return authorization number and securely packaged. Please email info@ijadesigns.com for an RA# prior to shipping.
